Two systems, one team, a lot of copy and paste
Practices that handle injury cases keep patient records in athenahealth and run the case itself on monday.com boards. Every new patient, order, appointment and document had to be found in one and typed into the other.
It was slow, and a mistake meant the wrong data on the wrong patient's case. Each client also set their boards up differently, so one fixed tool would not fit everyone.

Checks before any write so data never lands on the wrong case, plus an audit log of every patient-data access.

A Next.js and Firebase portal with admin, attorney and medical dashboards, and the login the extension uses.
