PCON Portal: a members' club, off no-code and into the app stores
A private members' club ran its directory on a no-code web app with no mobile app. We replaced it with a proper portal and native iOS and Android apps, with the club's CRM kept in sync.

Nearly 2,000 members, and no app
The club's member directory lived in a no-code web app, member data lived in HubSpot, and there was no mobile app at all.
Members, prospective members, committee chairs and the board all needed different things from it: events, check-in, meetings, forms, payments. The club wanted one place for all of it, in members' pockets.
One portal, two native apps
iOS and Android app
One Flutter codebase covering events, the member directory, committees, meetings, forms, payments and profiles.
QR check-in
Digital membership and QR check-in at events, so the door list is the app.
Push and SMS
Push notifications through Firebase, and bulk SMS to everyone registered for an event through Twilio.
Admin portal
A Next.js portal for staff: members, events, committees, meetings, workflows and member segments.
CRM stays in sync
HubSpot syncs every night and meeting feedback goes through HubSpot forms, so the club kept the CRM it already trusted.
Runs itself
An hourly digest and event and task reminders every 15 minutes, plus a small-events calendar with approvals, waitlists and +1 guests.
