Five modules, an 85% pass mark, and no way to check
The client was rolling out a five-month training programme for its account managers: operations, quality and safety, finance and payroll, HR, and business development. One module a month.
Each module needed a quiz with an 85% pass mark, a different question set for retakes, and a view for the office showing who passed, who was behind and who needed a reminder.
Training, testing and follow-up in one place
Three roles, three dashboards
Managers take the training, department leads track their people, and admins see the whole company with at-risk triage.
Question drafts from the material
Word files, PDFs and videos are read and transcribed, and a model drafts questions from them.
A person approves every question
Admins approve, edit, reject or regenerate each draft, with separate pools for first attempts and retakes.
Spanish for employees
A language toggle, translated module titles and cached quiz translations on the employee side.
Certificates and reminders
Printable completion certificates from an editable template, and at-risk reminder emails you can preview before sending.
Built to be audited
Content versioning, video progress, attendance and an audit log, with security rules on every table.
