01 · the problem

Too many calls, not enough people to make them

Healthcare teams spend hours on the phone: intake calls, reminders, rescheduling. Every one of those calls needs a person, and most of them follow the same script.

The client wanted a platform that could run those calls itself, handle patient data properly, and fit the monday.com boards their team already worked from. It has since grown to cover real estate and insurance too.

02 · what we built

Voice agents with rules in code, not in a prompt

Voice agents

Configurable voice, personality and script, over Twilio media streams or a RingCentral softphone, with barge-in so callers can interrupt.

Real actions mid-call

17 functions the agent can call: check availability, book, move, cancel or confirm an appointment, verify the patient, look up an answer, transfer the call.

Campaigns

A six-step wizard for outbound campaigns, with concurrency, gaps between calls and retry rules.

Boards, synced both ways

monday.com-style boards inside the product, with live two-way sync to the client's real monday.com account.

Patient data handled carefully

Patient data only goes to a model covered by a business associate agreement, every read of it is logged, and consent and do-not-call rules are enforced.

Built not to drop things

A database-backed retry queue with backoff, a webhook retry worker and post-call automations for notes, data extraction and follow-ups.
